✨ Dream Space
A winter retreat for deep rest and nervous system restoration
January arrives after months of cultural overexertion — a season when the body is asked to endure brightness, noise, obligation, and emotional labor in the darkest time of the year. Dream Space is a retreat designed as a collective exhale, a place to land after the grind of the holidays and return to the deep intelligence of rest. Inspired by the lineage of rest-as-resistance and the wisdom of The Nap Ministry, this retreat invites participants into a quiet DreamSpace — a Rest Nest — where the body, time, and imagination are honored as sacred.
Through spacious days shaped by silence, gentle circle, contemplative rest practices, journaling, and guided reflection using The Rest Deck, we practice deprogramming from urgency and reclaiming the pauses necessary for healing and renewal. This is not a retreat about productivity, visioning, or self-improvement. It is an invitation to slow down enough to remember what it feels like to be held by ease, supported by collective care, and restored at a human pace. Here, rest is not something earned — it is something reclaimed. We come not to push forward, but to soften, to daydream, and to allow the nervous system to settle back into its natural rhythm. Rest is the work. Rest is the medicine.
